The mission of the DC EAPA Chapter supports the mission of EAPA International “to promote the highest standards
of ethical practice and continuing development of employee assistance professionals and programs”. The DC EAPA Chapter supports its members by offering a forum for networking, as well as providing training,
education, professional development, skill building and opportunities to earn Professional Development Hours (PDHs) and Continuing
Education Units (CEUs). We also support affiliations with other professional
organizations. Our vision is to employ a strategy to reach out to the business
and academic community in promoting EAPs and EA professionals in the Washington DC Metro area.
