Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority’s (WMATA) Department of Occupational Health and Wellness (OHAW) is seeking an EAP Clinical Associate for a full-time temporary position.

The EAP Clinical Associate must have experience in employee assistance programs, administrative duties, and case management. Clinical service delivery is strongly preferred. This position is confidential, administrative and clinical work centered on activities associated with providing employees, outside vendors, and internal clients with information, referral and other administrative assistance. Incumbent will be responsible for greeting patients on the phone and in person, updating records, maintaining various office calendars and performing clerical and clinical duties . Facilitating the smooth running of EAP and support delivery of quality patient care.  Individuals in this position works in terms of meeting overall objectives and proceeds independently on performing recurring duties, with general guidance and direction from the Manager of the Employee Assistance Program. Seeking PT/FT seasoned psychotherapist for our busy private practice in Gaithersburg, MD. Looking for a trauma informed, organized, independent contractor therapist to join our close knit group of associates! At our practice, we encourage ongoing learning and a strong commitment to our clients. Looking for a therapist to do clinical work mostly with adults, some couples as well as some teens and families in our growing practice. Evening availability strongly preferred for several nights per week. Independent clinical license preferred, but not required. This contractor will be working with clients from Employee Assistance Programs as well as private clients. Inova Health System Employee Assistance Program is seeking an EAP Account Manager!

The Inova EAP Account Manager would be responsible for managing contracts with multiple employer groups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.  Provides or coordinates all training for employer accounts that are assigned.  Able to serve as EAP consultant as needed. Provides diagnostic assessment, brief counseling, referral and follow-up to eligible clients to ensure their well-being. Consults with supervisors and HR professionals regarding employee performance problems and potential EAP referrals to ensure appropriate formal referral of employees with work related difficulties. Provides critical incident/trauma debriefings for customers on as needed basis.
