seeking an EAP Account Manager!
The Inova EAP Account Manager would be responsible
for managing contracts with multiple employer groups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Provides
or coordinates all training for employer accounts that are assigned. Able to serve as EAP consultant as needed.
Provides diagnostic assessment, brief counseling, referral and follow-up to eligible clients to ensure their well-being. Consults
with supervisors and HR professionals regarding employee performance problems and potential EAP referrals to ensure appropriate
formal referral of employees with work related difficulties. Provides critical incident/trauma debriefings for customers on
as needed basis.
