Inova Health System Employee Assistance Program is seeking an EAP Account Manager!

The Inova EAP Account Manager would be responsible for managing contracts with multiple employer groups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.  Provides or coordinates all training for employer accounts that are assigned.  Able to serve as EAP consultant as needed. Provides diagnostic assessment, brief counseling, referral and follow-up to eligible clients to ensure their well-being. Consults with supervisors and HR professionals regarding employee performance problems and potential EAP referrals to ensure appropriate formal referral of employees with work related difficulties. Provides critical incident/trauma debriefings for customers on as needed basis.

The Account Manager position is the face to the customer and provides proactive support and guidance on our suite of services. This position ensures KEPRO is meeting the contractual needs of our customers and works collaboratively with operations to continually improve our customer experience.

Our consultants performs in-depth telephonic assessments and consultations; provides short-term problem resolution; referral and follow up for managers, employees and family members covered by EAP.
