By 2025, 75% of employees in the workplace will be Millennials, and Gen Z is not far behind. Workplaces have always been challenged to meet the needs of various generations, but there are distinct differences in younger employees today. EAPs may also be unsure how to best empower and support workplaces faced with these generational challenges. However, EAPs are well-poised to provide guidance and support to workplace leaders.
